Rules

  1. As a parent/guardian you are responsible for your child/children at all times. You must ensure they understand the rules of play and can manage the equipment.
  2. Unaccompanied adults (adults with no children in their party) are not permitted
  3. Only children aged 5 and under are permitted to use the play equipment
  4. For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times by anyone using the play equipment.
  5. Our play sessions are timed and we have a 15 minute window between sessions to clean, ready for the next group. Please ensure you leave promptly at the end of your session. We will give everyone a 5 minute warning to get shoes on and collect their special Tiddlers sticker!
  6. Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your allocated play session as we clean in-between sessions and the equipment and tables will not be ready.
  7. Food and drink must not be taken onto the play equipment.
  8. Food and drinks purchased outside of Tiddlers may not be consumed as we are not in control of allergens for health and safety. This does not include formula or packaged baby food puree. If you have your own food due to severe allergies please speak to a member of staff on entry to save any embarrassment.
  9. Any Toys brought from home may be played with whilst sat at the table only and must not be taken onto the play equipment. If a child is seen playing with their own toys whilst using the equipment, their grown up will be approached by a member of staff and asked to keep the toys at the table.
  10. Entry to the café is controlled but for your own piece of mind, please keep valuables with you. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
  11. Tiddlers is a safe play space however accidents do still happen. No matter how small, please report any incidents to a member of staff immediately so we can provide assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurance. Any incidents will be logged in our accident book for our on-going health and safety audits.
  12. Unfortunately, while we love them, there are no dogs allowed into Tiddlers. This does not include assistance dogs.
  13. Please be respectful of other parents wishes when taking photographs and/or videos of your children here at Tiddlers.
  14. Tickets are non-refundable but if you need to swap sessions for any reason we will always do our best to accommodate you.
  15. Tiddlers is a place of fun and acceptance. We want everyone to have the best time, to be polite, take turns and be kind. Any bullying or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.
  16. Customers must adhere to any verbal instructions given by staff along with the signage that appears throughout the play centre – we want you to be safe and enjoy your visit.
